A member of the Territorial Union of Employers of Tavush region can become commercial organizations and private entrepreneurs operating in the Tavush region, seeking to solve the problems we face through joint forces, as well as use all opportunities to attract investments to the Tavush region.

The following services by the Union will be provided to members of the Territorial Union of Employers of Tavush Region:

Will have the opportunity to participate:

1. In the annual prize competition "THE BEST ENTREPRENEUR OF TAVUSH REGION".

2. In bilateral business forums organized in Yerevan and foreign countries, where one side represents Armenia. Bilateral business forums will provide an opportunity to establish business relations with businessmen from different countries of the world.

3. In exhibitions organized in Yerevan and foreign countries.

4. In various events organized in the Tavush region with the participation of entrepreneurs (assemblies, meetings with leaders, other events).

To establish business relations with entrepreneurs of the given region through regional unions of entrepreneurs' or employers' unions of different countries of the world, participate in business forums, exhibitions and other events.

 

PROCEDURE FOR JOINING THE MEMBERS OF THE UNION AND WITHDRAWAL FROM THE UNION

1. Employing organizations and individual entrepreneurs (citizens) of the Tavush region can become members of the Union, which accept this charter, the goals, principles and tasks of the Union, contribute to the development of the economy of the Tavush region, pay entrance and membership fees in the manner and amount established by this charter.

2. An organization wishing to become a member of the Union must submit a written application to the Council of the Union. The application must contain a statement in which the candidate undertakes to comply with the requirements of the Union's charter and decisions of the governing bodies, and maintain the reputation of the Union.

3. Membership in the Union is terminated if a member voluntarily submits a written application to the Council of the Union about his desire.

4. A member of the Union who does not regularly fulfill the duties assigned to him, provided for by this Charter, hinders the work of the Union or causes material damage by his actions, his membership may be suspended by a decision of the majority of votes of the council until the next or extraordinary congress of the Union is held, and during the congress may be considered the case of exclusion him from the Union.

 

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF MEMBERS OF THE UNION

1. A member of the Union (representative of a member organization) has the right to:

1.1 In accordance with the procedure established by the charter, participate in the formation of governing bodies, elect and be elected the head of the Union and supervisory bodies,

1.2 In order to improve the work of the Union, submit statements, requests and proposals to its governing bodies, participate in their discussion, as well as, in the manner prescribed by the charter, in making decisions,

1.3 Obtain comprehensive information about the activities of the Union, about the agreements concluded by it and their content,

1.4 Receive legal and economic assistance from the Union, for protection of his legal rights - support, in particular, in matters of regulation of labor legislation or other connected relations, in the drafting of regulations containing labor relations, when concluding collective and individual labor contracts and in matters of settlement of arisen collective and individual labor disputes.

1.5 Participate in all events organized by the Union, in particular in the development and drafting of contracts relating to labor and related socio-economic relations.

1.6 After the end of the financial year, withdraw from the Union. In this case, within one year from the date of his withdrawal, he bears subsidiary liability for the obligations of the Union in proportion to his contribution,

1.7 May have other rights established by law.

2. A member of the Union is obliged to:

2.1 To take care of increasing the authority of the Union, not to allow any actions that could harm the Union and its members,

2.2 Comply with the requirements of the Charter of the Union, decisions of the governing bodies,

2.3 Comply with the terms of contracts and collective agreements signed by the Union, and fulfill the obligations arising from them,

2.4 Contribute to the replenishment of the members of the Union,

2.5 Pay a one-time entrance fee of 5 thousand AMD and an annual membership fee of 30 thousand AMD no later than the last day of January following each reporting year, and the founders of the union pay the entrance fee before the state registration of the union.

Newly elected members of the Union pay membership and entrance fees for a given year within 10 days after the decision on membership to the Union is made.

By decision of the Council of the Union, individual members or all members may be allowed to pay membership fees with securities, other property or property rights or other rights having a monetary value.

The monetary value of non-monetary payments of the members of the Union is determined by the decision of the Council.

In case of non-fulfillment or unsatisfactory fulfillment of the obligations specified by this Charter, a member of the union is obliged to compensate for the losses caused to the union as a result.

Indirect damage and lost profits are not subject to compensation.

 

RESPONSIBILITY OF MEMBERS OF THE UNION

1. Failure to fulfill the obligations stipulated by the agreements concluded by the Union with a member of the Union entails liability in the manner specified in them.

2. Termination of membership in the Union at the initiative of the employer does not release him from the responsibility provided for by the relevant agreements, which he bears during his stay in the Union - for non-fulfillment or violation of collective agreements concluded by the Union.
